I worked on boosting operations for CIA, a hip comic book seller. My focus was on alleviating last-minute stress for customers eager to snag popular collectible comics.

I revamped the ordering and pickup process, adding a touch of flair by implementing a time limit for pickups and addressing unexpected subscription opt-outs.

The ultimate goal? Upward spikes in customer satisfaction, operational smoothness, and downward trends in financial hurdles! 🚀✨
